“How do our Lungs Work?” Each group is provided with an A3 sheet with a diagram that illustrates inhaling and exhaling. They will utilize their prior knowledge of biology to understand the mechanism of breathing and connect it with chemistry in terms of inverse relationship between volume and pressure inside lungs. (Encourage them to come to the smart board to demonstrate breathing, labelling parts of organs, show relation between pressure (P) and volume (V) inside the lung cavity)
